Jordan has been learning all about Thanksgiving in school, so for the last two weeks he has been counting down to the "Big Feast." Every day he would ask if today was the day, so cute, he was very excited especially for pumpkin pie!
I am so thankful that we have a house that is large enough to host Thanksgiving!! Morgan and I set up the tables and chairs the day before. Then Morgan set the table on Thursday morning with our best china...just kidding, we had paper plates and plastic silverware but I had everyone fooled, they thought they were real....
Jordan made this hat and turkey puppet at school....
My mom made these cute Pilgram and Indian baskets for each of the kids, filled with candy corn...

Snow Fun....
We woke up to a "little bit" of snow this morning, but that didn't stop my kids from going out and making a bucketful of snow balls!! Their snow ball fight started out just the two of them, but they were soon throwing them at the neighbor and then of course Greg had to join in!!

Out with the old......
In with the new....
This is the 2011 Subaru Legacy, it is an awesome car!! We love it, and we love that Greg's boss is so great and that he pays the lease payment:) When Greg first started working in Heber 10 years ago, he was driving a full size truck back and forth, and it was killing us in gas. One day his boss told him to go out and buy a company car. We first had a Saturn, but after driving it for two winters, decided that we really needed a four wheel drive car that was still good on gas.....enter the Audi. That was a sweet car, but when the lease was up Greg decided to try the Subaru, and it kicked the Audi's butt in the snow!! We had the red Subaru for two years and loved it, so I do believe that we will have a Subaru from here on out.

Our New Room...
We started this project about 5 months ago, and today we FINALLY finished it!! Today we hung up the last set of curtains. I actually bought them in July but we never got around to hanging them. We have been talking about taking the window out and putting in french doors for about three years or so. When we had the deck built we had it extend over to our room with this idea in mind. It took a little longer to get to than we had planned though. We were thinking about hiring this job out, but in the end Greg ended up doing it himself with a little help from my dad. We did end up hiring an electrician to move the outlet right below the window. He also put a light and an outlet outside on the deck for us. I love the french doors, they turned out so nice and it really helps make our tiny room seem a little bigger! So, new doors with new mini blinds, new paint, new baseboards, new outlet and light switch covers, new bedroom furniture, new bedding, new lamps, new ceiling fan, and new curtains, this turned into a huge project!! I am so glad that we can say it is done!!

Fall...
This is the Provo River trail, I have been riding my bike here in the mornings. It is so pretty right now that I wanted to take some pictures of the kids. So Sunday morning we got up and got ready and headed over. Greg bribed Jordan to be good with a video game, and surprisingly it worked. They were both super good. Morgan loves to have her picture taken, she always has, so she poses and smiles, it is awesome. Jordan does not like to have his picture taken, and his smiles are always a little forced and fake looking, but I got some good shots. After about ten minutes, about the time I expected them to get bored, they started looking for "pretty places" and saying "Take a picture of me here, and here and here." We ended up being there for over an hour and I took way too many pictures. Here are a few.....
We had so much fun, and got so may cute pictures that we decided to take daddy back when he got home from golfing...
These were taken by Morgan....
