Our Evening In The ER....

Jordan came up from the basement today crying and said that he fell off of the bean bag and hurt his arm. I didn't really think too much about it but he kept crying and was holding his arm. When I tried to touch it he would scream and pull away. When I finally was able to get a good look I could tell that something was not right. We went to the doctors office, had x-rays and it was definetly broken. They tried to set it at the office but they were unable to do so without sedation, so we were sent to the ER. Jordan was so brave, he is such a tough little kid. He had to have an I.V. and oxygen and thay hooked up to a heart monitor. I could tell he was pretty scared, but he did such a good job! It wasn't easy for me to watch, it looked like they were going to break his arm in half trying to set it. He is in a temporary splint for a week, then we see an orthopedic surgeon for the cast. He has to wear a sling, which he does not like, and he will not be able to play Mario with dad for a while, which he REALLY doesn't like! He is excited to go to school and show everyone, we will see how he feels in the morning.

Weekend At The Cabin.....

We bought Morgan a new four wheeler a few weeks ago and have been waiting for the weather to be nice so that we could take her riding. As soon as we got to the cabin she was asking to get her four wheeler off the trailer so she could ride. It is not an automatic, so Greg had to teach her how and when to shift gears. She picked up on it really fast and was riding all day....





By the end of the weekend, she was riding so well that we decided to let her drive by herself on a long ride with the adults. She went down hills, over rocks, through tunnels, and she did a great job and had tons of fun! She was smiling the whole time....






Since Morgan got a new four wheeler, her little one got passed on to Jordan. He was very excited to have his own....



Jordan loved riding his very own four wheeler, all by himself. But he also loved riding with everyone else....





He especially loves riding with his Grandpa....




I love how cute the kids look in thier helmets and goggles, so I take alot of these pictures....






Jordan always has lots of "adventures" at the cabin. This time he climbed things, found things, and shot at things.....






In the back yard of the cabin is this huge rock cliff that the kids love to climb...






The kids LOVE to make s'mores, it is one of thier favorite things to do at he cabin...












The best part was just being able to relax and hang out....

The Park...

Jordan and I spent a fun afternoon at the park with our friends yesterday. It was such a nice day out. Thanks Amy and Melissa for helping me take my mind off of things at least for a while!!
