Field Trip With Jordan...

Yesterday I went with Jordans pre-school class to Thanksgiving Points Farm Country. It was a lot of fun. We went on a wagon ride pulled by horses, Jordan thought that was neat! Here they are leaning over the fence to see the ducks...



He saw this sheep and ran over and gave it big hug and then climbed right on...





There was a darling baby goat (I do not know the correct term). Jordan loved feeding the goats. I think he liked the way it felt when they licked his hand. He would laugh and ask for more corn. I heard him talking to one of them, he said "Oh you really like corn huh bud." I thought it was so cute! There were also some cute piglets!

Four Wheelerin'

Sunday was such a nice day! We put on some sunscreen, and light-weight jackets and drove to West Desert to go "four wheelerin'" as Jordan calls it at Five Mile Pass. Morgan thinks it is the sand dunes, but we have never been there. At five mile there are trails to ride and also big hills. My kids like to ride with Dad or Grandpa because Mommy is a great big boob when it comes to steep hills! I love to watch them and listen to them scream and laugh! They throw thier arms up in the air like they are on a roller coaster. It was so much fun! We had a great day!

Spring Break????

Ya gotta love the Utah weather! We had originally planned to go to our cabin for spring break, but Greg has a client in town from Alabama and could not get the time off. I guess it worked out ok because I would not have enjoyed this weather at the cabin!
So we had to resort to indoor activities, but first we took a walk on the river trail and took some picturs of the snow.
Wednesday afternoon we went to see the new Hannah Montana movie. I think Jordan was more excited than his sister! It was actually a really cute movie too!
Thursday morning we went to Jump On It with my older sister and her kids, then to Panda Express for lunch...YUMMY! In the afternoon we went to Classic Skating with my little sister and her kids. Thursday is dollar night! I did not get any pictures, but we had so much fun, even though it was REALLY crowded.






Then we went home, had baths, and watched a movie with dad. Bedtime Stories...what a great movie! We laughed and had a good time just being all together!



We are hoping for some nicer weather so we can take the kids four wheeling. It is supposed to be 66 degrees on Sunday. Go figure, snow one day, warm and sunny the next....only in Utah, right?

Our 13th Anniversary...

Today os our 13th wedding anniversary! We had a great little get away up at Sundance last night. It was much needed and greatly enjoyed. I can't believe how fast time goes...13 years, wow!

Happy Birthday Jordan...

Today is Jordans fourth Birthday!! Yesterday he had a spiderman party at classic skating! It was so much fun. He was so excited to get lego batman for the wii, and his new spiderman bike! He loves super heros, he says he is going to be one with special powers when he is big!

Four Years???

Jordan is going to be four years old next week! I can't believe it! Here is a picture of him on his first birthday, it seems like yesterday...


Jordan is a wild little boy! He loves to wrestle with and "fight up" his dad. He loves to play swords and guns and anything BOY. But he also is such a sweet heart. He always gives me loves and says "I love you mommy!" When Greg gets home from work he runs up to him and gives him a huge hug or a high five and says "Hi best bud!" We went to my friends little girls first birthday party and she was wearing a little dress, Jordan says "Oh, Aisley looks so beuatiful!" He tells Morgan that her pictures that she draws, or her art work is beuatiful all the time. We love him so much, He makes me laugh EVERY day, the things he comes up with are so off the wall, he is such a funny kid! He is growing up way too fast! I need to enjoy every minute!

Our New Kitchen...

YES!!! We are FINALLY finished with our kitchen remodel!! It took about 6 weeks, and turned out so much better than we had hoped! I love my new cabinets, Greg did an awesome job on the wood floors and the tile backsplash (which I helped with.) Picking out light fixtures and stain color and the faucet etc. etc. was a big pain in the butt and very overwhelming! But we think it was worth it, and it turned out great!
